Please be aware that NC/VA and surrounding areas have seen an increase in canine flu cases in the last few months. The signs are persistent cough, fever, nasal discharge, lack of energy and loss of appetite. This flu spreads the same way the human flu does.
Although we haven’t seen a case yet, We HIGHLY recommend a canine flu vaccine and may be requiring this vaccine as early as Jan 1st, 2010.
