Changes as of July 1st.

Good Morning!
We have a few changes happening on July 1, 2010 that I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of. We have been passing out notices for a week or so now, if you've received one, please disregard this! The changes we are making are beneficial to the dogs schedule, happiness and smoothness of our day. Our days at YLD have been designed with a strict schedule in mind. This offers your dogs consistency which they naturally crave and respond to. Thank you for understanding and helping us provide the best service and care for your dogs!

1. All boarding dogs must be dropped off before 2:30pm. They need plenty of time to adjust to the pack and get energy out before dinner and bed time.

2. We will be closing at 7 PM sharp. We are very sorry, the door will be locked at 7 and your pup will be boarded for the evening. There is a $15 charge for an overnight.

3. Dogs without leashes are NOT allowed to enter the building. Please do not grab your dogs collar and lead them in. We have leashes at the front desk for you to use, or you can call the front desk and a staff member will be happy to come out to your car and escort your pup!

4. We will be charging $1.00 per day, per dog to feed our food while boarding. If you bring your own food there is no charge, of course.


Lastly, it is imperitive that all owners keep track of and keep dogs up to date on vaccines. For the safety of everyone and all dogs, dogs with expired vaccines can not be allowed to enter our facility for daycare or boarding. We are required to have a hard copy of every dogs vaccine due dates on file.
