Another wonderful day in our neighborhood. The dogs were fantastic and the weather was better. All great things! Some new dog faces to welcome to the blog and many faithful familiar ones too!
Several of you have asked so...We heard from Mindy today. She tends to get to "school" early and give us a call while she waited for her "classmates" to show up. We were blessed with two phone calls this week! Mindy is loving grooming school. So far she's worked with mostly smaller dogs (shih tzu, poodle things, maltese etc) and envies those people who get the bigger dogs. I'm sure her time will come. Mindy has fourteen more weeks of school so we'll see her back here at the end of November.
Have a supurb weekend.

A good photo of new boy Rudy. He came for his evaluation today and he did a good job. Rudy also has a brother, Levi, who is in some photos too. So let's all give them a warm welcome to the YLD family!
Sprocket, Rudy, Charlie, Bo, Mylow, Lucy, Anu, a bulldog and several others.
Fred & Cassie hanging out.
Piper arrive a bit later than most dogs and created a parade of followers. (They like to check is scent to make sure he really is a pack member.) We have Hennah, Sprocket, Buckshot, Beethoven, Gracie and several others.
A great group shot with lots of action. Some dogs name's Abby, Lucy, Sprocket, Beethoven, Gracie, Tubbs with others in the background.
Crazy chocolate lab Maggie making a sharp, skidding turn away from Mylo who was participating in the game of chase.
Mylo after the chase game with new boy Rudy in the background.
I took this to highlight the enormous drool smear on Mylo's ear.
Mylo really got around today. Here he is with Lucy (who is shaking her head because Mylo tickled her ear).
Miles other story - bothering Onslow by cleaning his teeth and lips of saliva. This greatly irritates Onslow which Miles loves.
Funny story... Mike's dog Miles loves the newfoundlands (Onslow - brown & Estelle - black & white). Well, he nonchalantly wandered over to where Estelle was napping and quietly curled up right in front of her face. Then he laid his head and chest on HER HEAD - like she was a pillow! Well, Estelle was having none of those shenanigans and moved Miles without difficulty. Of course to do this Estelle had to get up which was REALLY Miles desire. Sneaky, sneaky boy!
